Intern / Working Student Digital & Executive Search (m/w/d)

Wen wir suchen:
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams innovative Sourcing-Strategien, um für unsere Kunden Talente für Führungspositionen zu gewinnen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Identifikation und Ansprache von Führungskräften für digitale Transformationsprojekte (z.B. CEO, CDO, CMO).
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Talent-Pipelines für zukünftige Suchprojekte.
  • Du arbeitest bei Marktanalysen, Recherchen, Auswertungen und der Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen mit. 
  • Du analysierst Daten und KPIs zur Optimierung der Sourcing- und Recruiting-Prozesse.
  • Du unterstützt unseren Chief People Officer bei Sales Aktivitäten und erstellst Slide Decks für Pitch Präsentationen und Kandidatenberichte. 
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und treibst eigene Teilprojekte voran.
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen und Projekte ein.
Was Du mitbringst:
  • Du studierst derzeit Wirtschaftswissenschaften, International Business, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eine verwandte Fachrichtung mit sehr guten Noten (Masterstudium ist von Vorteil). 
  • Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Beratung, in Strategieteams oder im Business Development.
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete PowerPoint sowie gute Excel Kenntnisse.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und verfügst über präzise und strukturierte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Du liebst Herausforderungen und möchtest dich persönlich und beruflich weiterentwickeln. 
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem interdisziplinären Team und internationalen Umfeld. 
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch- und Englisch.

What we look for:
  • You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies in collaboration with other teams to win talent for leadership positions for our clients.
  • You support the identification and approach of executives for digital transformation projects (e.g. CEO, CDO, CMO).
  • You will create and maintain talent pipelines for future search projects.
  • You will assist with market analysis, research, and evaluation and derive recommendations for action. 
  • You will analyse data and KPIs to optimise sourcing and recruiting processes.
  • You support our Chief People Officer in sales activities and create slide decks for pitch presentations and candidate reports. 
  • You work independently and are responsible for and drive your own sub-projects.
  • You contribute your own ideas and projects.
What we require:
  • You are currently studying for a degree in economics, international business, business psychology, or a related discipline and have excellent grades (Master's programme is a plus). 
  • You have gained basic hands-on experience in consulting, strategy teams, or business development.
  • You have excellent PowerPoint, as well as good Excel skills. 
  • You are a strong analytical thinker with precise and structured communication skills.
  • You love to take on a challenge and are eager to push both your personal and professional development. 
  • You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and in an international environment. 
  • You are fluent in English and German.
