- Together with your team, you focus on a broad range of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEA, paid social, display, programmatic advertising, performance marketing, and more.
- You share responsibility with the leadership for client acquisition, team staffing, project prioritization, delivery, and overall project success, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction within the Digital Marketing team.
- You foster in-house knowledge and initiate partnerships with external organizations, including nearshore agencies, to enhance our service offerings.
- You sell and implement comprehensive digital projects aimed at improving marketing efficiency, digital go-to-market strategies, and lead generation and nurturing approaches for revenue growth in both B2B and B2C contexts.
- You oversee and manage clients and projects by providing strategic insights, guiding consultants, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- You establish and optimize standardized processes and templates, including quality assurance measures for ongoing projects and newly developed solutions.
- You take a proactive role in sales and pitching activities, developing innovative services based on current trends and industry developments.
- You collaborate closely with other department leads and strategy units to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
- You represent OMMAX and the Digital Marketing team at industry events, trade shows, and academic institutions.
- In partnership with the People & Culture team, you drive recruitment efforts for the Digital Marketing team to attract top talent.
