What we look for:
- You take on the operational leadership and further development of the Digital Strategy & Execution Team in the Consumer or Industrial Practice together with the management team.
- You support customer acquisition efforts, oversee team staffing and resource planning, and contribute to the prioritization and successful delivery of strategic projects - always ensuring high quality, profitability, and strong customer satisfaction.
- You are responsible for the successful end-to-end execution of projects, working closely with clients to define suitable (go-to-market) strategies, translate business needs into clear requirements, and ensure smooth implementation and an excellent customer experience.
- You actively contribute to the development of our thought leadership initiatives and support the establishment and expansion of external partnerships.
- You drive the standardization and continuous improvement of processes and templates, ensuring quality assurance across ongoing projects and newly developed solutions.
- You play an active role in sales and pitching activities and collaborate on the development of new services based on current market trends and industry developments.
- You work closely with the OMMAX Leadership Team and cross-functional departments.
- You represent OMMAX and the Digital Strategy & Execution Team at selected events, trade fairs, and university initiatives.
- You collaborate with the People & Culture Team to further develop the Strategy & Execution Team and support the recruitment and development of top talent.
