Consultant Digital Strategy (m/f/d)

What we look for:

  • You support strategy, transformation, and implementation projects for B2B and B2C clients across industries and business functions.
  • You work directly with clients to structure challenges, identify growth and efficiency opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • You analyze markets, customers, competitors, business models, processes, organizational set-ups, technology, data, and performance.
  • You contribute to growth and go-to-market topics as well as cost reduction, process optimization, and operating model improvement.
  • You support AI strategy and transformation projects by assessing use cases, researching opportunities, and helping define roadmaps and implementation priorities.
  • You coordinate project delivery with internal experts across strategy, data, technology, AI, marketing, and implementation.
  • You track project outcomes, measure success, and use data to identify practical optimization steps.
  • You turn findings into management presentations, business cases, decision documents, and client reports.
  • You support client workshops and stakeholder engagements and help ensure clear communication across client and internal projects.
  • You contribute to business development and proposal activities.

What we require:

  • You hold an excellent university degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • You have initial professional experience in strategy consulting, digital strategy, digital transformation, AI, or a related field.
  • You are interested in digital technologies, AI, and data-driven business transformation and understand their business value.
  • You work in a structured and analytical way, have a strong interest in technology, and bring a creative mindset.
  • You ideally have exposure to growth, go-to-market, commercial strategy, cost reduction, process optimization, or operating models.
  • You have very good PowerPoint and Excel skills and are comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • You communicate clearly, work confidently with clients, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are service-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to create tangible value for clients.
  • You are fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
