TSA_Vice President Technology & AI Value Creation (m/f/d)

What we look for:

  • You lead technology value creation workstreams from initial assessment through implementation planning for investors, portfolio companies and management teams.
  • You understand clients’ business models, strategies, operating models and value drivers, and assess how technology enables or constrains growth, efficiency, scalability and resilience.
  • You turn business challenges and ambitions into pragmatic technology priorities, initiatives and measurable outcomes across AI, digital transformation, ERP, cloud, data, applications and digital operations.
  • You assess technology strategy, operating models, organization, cost base, software delivery, productivity, cybersecurity and technology performance.
  • You develop actionable roadmaps with initiatives, owners, timelines, dependencies, KPIs and expected impact, supported by transformation governance and performance management.
  • You explore enterprise AI platforms and agentic AI opportunities, translating emerging capabilities into practical, governed value creation initiatives.
  • You conduct interviews and workshops with business and technology stakeholders, adapt your approach as new information emerges and communicate clear business implications to senior leaders.
  • You manage project teams, coordinate specialists, build trusted senior client relationships, coach junior colleagues and support pitches, business development and new offerings.

What we require:

  • You bring 8+ years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, digital transformation, technology leadership, private equity value creation or a comparable field.
  • You have broad experience across business and technology and can connect business objectives and operating models with technology implications.
  • You understand technology strategy and operating models, enterprise applications, ERP, data, cloud, cybersecurity, software delivery and emerging technologies.
  • You have practical familiarity with agentic AI, including enterprise use cases, agent orchestration, governance, security and access control, and can assess its implications for technology-led value creation.
  • You have worked with senior business and technology stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs and CTOs.
  • You can assess business situations, identify value creation opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • You have experience across several industries and/or business models and can quickly understand different business contexts and adapt your approach.
  • You combine broad experience with sufficient depth to assess complex situations, challenge assumptions and develop credible recommendations; you bring excellent conceptual and analytical skills and pragmatic judgement.
  • You operate confidently in ambiguous situations, think on your feet and explain technology clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Native-level German or German proficiency at C1 level is required, alongside excellent English. Experience with private equity investors, portfolio companies or transformation programs is advantageous.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally in line with client requirements.
