- You define and operationalize AI governance frameworks across policy, risk, security, oversight, and accountability for generative AI, machine learning, and agentic AI use cases.
- You advise clients on how to scale AI across functions without creating unmanaged security, privacy, compliance, or reputational risk.
- You design practical guardrails for AI adoption, including use-case classification, review processes, control gates, human oversight, monitoring, and escalation paths.
- You shape governance for agentic AI and autonomous workflows by defining approval thresholds, delegation boundaries, intervention rules, and auditability requirements.
- You work closely with senior client stakeholders across business, legal, IT, security, data, and product teams to align governance with business value and delivery speed.
- You translate regulatory and industry requirements into actionable policies, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
- You lead governance boards, risk reviews, and cross-functional decision forums for high-impact AI initiatives.
