Lead AI Solution Architect (m/f/d)

What we look for:

  • You lead the design and delivery of complex AI and Generative AI architectures across multiple projects.
  • You define target architectures and strategic roadmaps together with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • You oversee the implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade AI systems and ensure alignment across teams.
  • You bridge architecture, engineering, and delivery to ensure successful execution.
  • You drive innovation and support the adoption of new AI technologies and approaches.

What we require:

  • You hold an advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have 8–15 years of experience in AI, software engineering, or solution architecture.
  • You have strong expertise in scalable systems, data platforms, and AI technologies.
  • You have proven leadership experience in complex, cross-functional projects.
  • You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
