(Senior) AI Engineer (m/f/d)

What we look for:

  • You design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Generative AI solutions, including LLM-powered applications.
  • You contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including prompt engineering and system integration.
  • You optimise AI systems for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • You collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
  • You contribute to architecture decisions and technical best practices.
  • You guide less experienced engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team.

What we require:

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • You have 3–6 years of experience in AI engineering or software development, including exposure to Generative AI.
  • You have strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
  • You are familiar with ML frameworks and Generative AI tools such as PyTorch, LangChain, or vector databases.
  • You have experience with cloud platforms and containerisation tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
