Lead Data Scientist (m/f/d)

What we look for:

  • You define analytics and Generative AI strategies and lead the end-to-end delivery of data science and GenAI projects.
  • You design methodologies and scalable solutions leveraging both traditional machine learning and LLM-based approaches.
  • You manage and mentor teams on advanced analytics and Generative AI best practices.
  • You collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact Generative AI use cases and define execution roadmaps.
  • You drive innovation by developing new analytics and Generative AI offerings.

What we require:

  • You hold a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • You have 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science, including Generative AI applications.
  • You have deep expertise in machine learning, statistics, and LLM architectures.
  • You have strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • You are able to translate business challenges into advanced analytics and AI solutions.
  • You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
