Senior Consultant Digital Strategy (m/f/d)

What we look for:

  • You own strategy, transformation, and implementation workstreams for B2B and B2C clients across industries, from problem definition through implementation support.
  • You work directly with clients to structure complex challenges, develop hypotheses, identify growth and efficiency opportunities, and translate findings into initiatives.
  • You lead analyses of markets, customers, competitors, business models, processes, organizational set-ups, technology, data, and performance.
  • You contribute to growth and go-to-market topics as well as cost reduction, process optimization, and operating model improvement.
  • You support clients in defining AI strategies, prioritizing use cases, and developing roadmaps, governance, capabilities, and implementation plans.
  • You coordinate cross-functional project delivery, guide junior colleagues, and work with internal experts across strategy, data, technology, AI, and implementation.
  • You own performance measurement, derive insights, and translate them into optimization measures and KPIs.
  • You lead client workshops and prepare presentations, business cases, decision documents, and proposal materials.
  • You support stakeholder communication across client and internal projects and contribute to proposals and business development.

What we require:

  • You hold an excellent university degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • You have 2–4 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, strategy, transformation, digital, AI, or a related field.
  • You have experience developing strategic recommendations and turning them into concrete initiatives, business cases, and roadmaps.
  • You understand digital technologies and AI and their impact on business models, operating models, and commercial organizations.
  • You think analytically and conceptually, work in a structured way, and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
  • You ideally have experience in growth, go-to-market, commercial strategy, cost reduction, process optimization, or operating models.
  • You have strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and are comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • You communicate confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • You are self-driven, collaborative, and motivated to create tangible client value.
  • You are fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
