- You manage the front desk and reception, professionally welcoming clients, candidates, and guests and creating a positive first impression.
- You organize and coordinate office supplies, work closely with service providers, and manage external partners.
- You plan, organize, and ensure the smooth execution of internal team and company events.
- You actively contribute as a member of the Office Management Team, collaborating closely on all office-related topics.
- You coordinate customer appointments, internal meetings, and company events, ensuring effective scheduling and organization.
- You organize and coordinate travel arrangements to enable seamless logistics for OMMAX colleagues.
- You handle professional internal and external correspondence in both German and English.
- You act as a reliable point of contact for external partners, service providers, and visitors.
- You take responsibility for defined office-related processes and administrative workflows.
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of existing office processes and support the development of new ones.
- You independently manage smaller projects and coordination tasks and proactively support teams in their daily operational and administrative needs.
