- You develop and implement data- and tech-driven marketing and commerce strategies leveraging AI, automation, personalization, and digitalization.
- You design and orchestrate integrated MarTech and eCommerce architectures (CRM, ERP, CDP, PIM, CMS, eCommerce).
- You conduct technology audits, process assessments, and data maturity evaluations to identify efficiency and growth potential.
- You act as a strategic lead during pitches, client meetings, and project reviews to shape impactful, data-driven digital solutions.
- You create and present client reports, dashboards, and data-based recommendations that connect marketing & commerce performance to tangible ROI.
- You collaborate with stakeholders at all levels - including CMOs, CDOs, and CIOs - to align marketing, technology, and commerce strategies.
- You ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards, driving strong project ROI and eCommerce transformation.
- You support business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in MarTech and eCommerce transformation.
- You work closely with experts from AI, Data Science, Digital Strategy, and Technology to deliver end-to-end digital growth projects.
- You mentor and empower team members to strengthen their digital, analytical, and technology-focused skill sets.
