What we require:

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• You have 3+ years of professional experience in strategy, analytics, controlling, or consulting.
• You have strong analytical and quantitative skills and are confident handling business and financial data.
• You are proficient in Excel and experienced with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• You have experience in developing reports, dashboards, or business models for management.
• You understand financial and operational KPIs and can link data insights to strategic outcomes.
• You speak German and English fluently.
