What we require:

• You hold a degree with excellent grades in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• You have strong proficiency in Python (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
• You are confident using SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• You have a solid understanding of machine learning principles, including feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
• You have experience or strong interest in Generative AI / LLMs (e.g. embeddings, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, agentic systems).
• You have experience with cloud environments (preferably Azure, alternatively AWS or GCP).
• You are familiar with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• You understand data architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• You think analytically, structured, and solution-oriented with a high level of ownership.
• You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and passion for your work.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills, and can explain complex topics clearly.
• You speak English fluently; regional languages are an advantage.
