What we look for:

• You work closely with our team of experienced advisors to provide strategic consulting and technology-driven expertise to clients during mergers and acquisitions.
• You take ownership from the beginning of dedicated workstreams in challenging and exciting projects for international clients across various industries.
• You lead deep-dive analyses such as due diligence, the development of integration and value creation plans, and the assessment of technology impacts on deals.
• You gain exposure to different industries and business models and further sharpen your strategic, technical, and analytical skills.

What we require:

• You are currently pursuing an MBA (or equivalent graduate degree), ideally with a focus on strategy, finance, or technology.
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in consulting, corporate strategy, transaction advisory, private equity, investment banking, or IT/digital transformation.
• You bring strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to quickly assess complex situations.
• Programming skills or technical know-how are a plus but not mandatory.
• You are highly analytical, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You have excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• You possess strong communication and presentation skills and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• You speak English fluently; additional languages are an advantage.
