MBA Intern Transaction Advisory / Strategy (m/w/d)

Wen wir suchen:

Du übernimmst die Führung bei Marktanalysen, Branchen- und Wettbewerbsstudien mit besonderem Fokus auf Commercial und Digital Due Diligence.
Du arbeitest eng mit Managern und Direktoren zusammen und übernimmst die Verantwortung für zentrale Projektmodule in transaktionsbezogenen Projekten für internationale Kunden.
Du strukturierst, analysierst und interpretierst komplexe Daten eigenständig und leitest daraus präzise strategische Empfehlungen für Investoren und Management ab.
Du spielst eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Entwicklung von Strategiekonzepten und gestaltest innovative digitale Geschäftsmodelle aktiv mit.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung hochwertiger Reports, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Pitches, Kundenprojekte und Investoren.
Du leitest eigenständig Teilprojekte von Anfang bis Ende, steuerst relevante Stakeholder und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsansätze bei.

Was Du mitbringst:

Du absolvierst aktuell ein MBA- oder vergleichbares weiterführendes Studium in BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet mit exzellenten Leistungen.
Du verfügst über relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Commercial Due Diligence, Digital Due Diligence, Unternehmensstrategie, Transaktionsberatung oder digitale Geschäftsmodelle.
Du hast eine starke Affinität zu digitalen Geschäftsmodellen, Technologien und datengetriebenen Strategien.
Du bringst herausragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten mit und bist in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen.
Du bist sehr sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Du arbeitest in einer strukturierten, selbständigen und unternehmerischen Weise und übernimmst Verantwortung über den engeren Aufgabenbereich hinaus.
Du sprichst fließend Englisch, Deutsch ist von Vorteil.

What we look for:

You take an active role in our Strategy Transaction Advisory team, leading market analyses, industry and competitor studies with a strong focus on Commercial and Digital Due Diligence.
You work closely with managers and directors, owning key project modules in transaction-related projects for international clients across industries.
You independently structure, analyze, and interpret complex datasets, deriving clear and actionable strategic recommendations for investors and executives.
You play a central role in shaping strategic concepts and designing innovative digital business models.
You take the lead in preparing compelling reports, slide decks, and presentations for pitches, client projects, and investor analyses.
You own sub-projects end-to-end and actively contribute to the further development of our advisory approaches.

What we require:

You are currently pursuing an MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business, economics, business informatics, or a related field with excellent academic results.
You bring significant prior experience in Commercial and Digital Due Diligence, corporate strategy, transaction advisory, or digital business models.
You demonstrate a strong affinity for digital business models, technologies, and data-driven strategies.
You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and can confidently structure complex topics into clear insights and recommendations.
You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) at an advanced level.
You work in a structured, independent, and entrepreneurial manner, driving results and taking ownership beyond your immediate scope.
You speak English fluently.
