Financial Data Analyst & Controller (m/w/d)

Wen wir suchen:

Du baust datengetriebene Reports und Dashboards in Power BI, die komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich machen.
Du brichst Datensilos auf, indem du mit SQL Daten aus unterschiedlichen Systemen zusammenführst und für Analysen verfügbar machst.
Du unterstützt unser Controlling-Team bei der Erstellung, Analyse und Aufbereitung von Finanz- und Leistungskennzahlen.
Du begleitest den Monats- und Quartalsabschluss mit fundierten Analysen und Datenaufbereitungen.
Du unterstützt bei Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen durch präzise Datenauswertungen und Szenarioanalysen.
Du entwickelst KPI-Definitionen und verbesserst kontinuierlich Reporting-Standards und Datenqualität.
Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, um Prozesse zu optimieren und den Einsatz von BI-Tools im Controlling weiter auszubauen.
Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, IT und Management zusammen, um datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen.
Du hast Spaß daran, bestehende Prozesse zu hinterfragen und durch Automatisierung effizienter zu gestalten.

Was Du mitbringst:

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit sehr guten Noten im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT, Finance, Data Analytics oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
Du hast erste Erfahrung im Controlling, Data Analytics oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich - idealerweise in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld.
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Power BI und hast gute Kenntnisse in SQL (z. B. für Abfragen, Joins, Datenmodellierung), Power Query, Excel (inkl. Pivot & Formeln) und ggf. anderen BI-/ETL-Tools sind ein Plus.
Du besitzt eine hohe Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Denken und ein Auge für Details.
Du bist proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und arbeitest gerne sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team.
Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.

What we look for:

You build data-driven reports and dashboards in Power BI that make complex matters easy to understand.
You break down data silos by using SQL to combine data from different systems and make it available for analysis.
You support our Controlling team in preparing, analyzing, and processing financial and performance metrics.
You assist in the monthly and quarterly closing processes with well-founded analyses and data preparation.
You support budget and forecast processes through precise data evaluations and scenario analyses.
You develop KPI definitions and continuously improve reporting standards and data quality.
You contribute your own ideas to optimize processes and expand the use of BI tools in Controlling.
You work closely with business units, IT, and management to enable data-driven decision-making.
You enjoy questioning existing processes and making them more efficient through automation.

What we require:

You have a completed degree with excellent grades in Business Informatics, IT, Finance, Data Analytics or a comparable field of study.
You have initial experience in Controlling, Data Analytics or a related area - ideally within a dynamic corporate environment.
You are confident in using Power BI and have good knowledge of SQL (e.g., queries, joins, data modeling); skills in Power Query, Excel (including pivot tables & formulas) and other BI/ETL tools are a plus.
You have a strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, and an eye for detail.
You are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
You speak fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
