What we look for:

• You review and negotiate contracts, including Engagement Letters, Framework Agreements, Statements of Work (SOW), Cooperation Agreements, and NDAs.
• You provide legal advice to the teams.
• You manage and maintain the company’s contract management system and oversee the signature process.
• You deliver legal training sessions to internal teams.
• You update and adapt templates, terms and conditions (AGB), and other legal documents.
• You provide support in data protection law and manage the GDPR compliance system.
• You review, draft, and implement company policies.
• You perform legal housekeeping tasks as needed.

What we require:

• You hold a law degree with excellent grades and 0-2 years of work experience.
• You have a solid knowledge and understanding in IT, IP, and contract law.
• You show a strong interest in emerging regulations, such as AI governance and other cutting-edge legal topics.
• You have exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• You are familiar with data protection laws and GDPR.
• You are fluent in English and German.
