What we look for:
- Your role involves the full lifecycle of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, including strategic planning, development, customization, and ongoing support.
- You lead the technical design and development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including custom data integrations, dynamic content creation using AMPscript, and sophisticated SQL queries.
- You develop and implement custom scripts and queries to optimize marketing automation, personalization, and segmentation strategies within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- You manage and optimize data architecture within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data extensions, data imports, and SQL-based automations to ensure data integrity and campaign performance.
- You design and implement API integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms to enable seamless data flow and real-time customer interactions.
- You provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and clients, sharing best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and architecture.
- You work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategists, designers, and data analysts, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
- You occasionally travel to our clients and attend offsite events (e.g. Salesforce events).
