Manager Controlling & Finance (m/f/d)

Wen wir suchen:

Du verantwortest die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle der Finanzprozesse, einschließlich Budgetierung, Forecasting, Reporting sowie der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.
Du entwickelst und optimierst Controlling-Instrumente, Dashboards und Cashflow-Forecasts zur Verbesserung der finanziellen Transparenz und Effizienz.
Du automatisierst Finanzprozesse und erstellst Managementberichte mithilfe von PowerQuery und Tableau.
Du analysierst die finanzielle Performance und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen zur Steigerung der Wirtschaftlichkeit und zur Unterstützung bei strategischen Entscheidungen ab.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Optimierung des Projektcontrollings sowie das Management der Project Controlling Software.
Du definierst und überwachst KPIs zur Sicherstellung der Erreichung von Projekt- und Unternehmenszielen.
Du baust den Procurement-Bereich auf und leitest ihn, insbesondere für den Einkauf von Freelancern, Offshore-Kapazitäten und Software.
Du planst, steuerst und überwachst das Budget sowie die jährliche Finanzplanung, um die wirtschaftlichen Ziele des Unternehmens zu sichern.

Was Du mitbringst:

Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss mit hervorragenden Noten in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Steuerrecht, Rechnungswesen oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung. 
Du bringst 5-7 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Controlling und Finanzmanagement oder einem verwandten Gebiet mit, idealerweise in einem Beratungsumfeld oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung.
Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzanalyse, Budgetierung, Reporting und Cashflow-Management.
Du besitzt einen sicheren Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, MS Excel, PowerQuery und Tableau.
Du bringst erste Erfahrungen im eigenständigen Procurement, einschließlich strategischer Einkaufsplanung mit.
Du überzeugst mit strategischem Denken, lösungsorientierten Arbeiten und Führungskompetenz.
Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch.

What we look for:

You will be responsible for the planning, management and control of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

You develop and optimise controlling tools, dashboards and cash flow forecasts to improve financial transparency and efficiency.
You automate financial processes and create management reports using PowerQuery and Tableau.
You analyse financial performance and derive recommendations for action to increase profitability and support strategic decisions.
You will be responsible for creating and optimising project controlling and managing the project controlling software.
You define and monitor KPIs to ensure the achievement of project and company goals.
You set up and manage the procurement area, in particular for the purchase of freelancers, offshore capacities and software.
You plan, control and monitor the budget and annual financial planning to ensure the company's economic goals are met.

What we require:

You have a university degree with excellent grades in business administration, tax law, accounting or a related field. 
You have 5-7 years of experience in controlling and financial management or a related field, ideally in a consulting or auditing environment.
You have sound knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, reporting and cash flow management.
You are confident with ERP systems, MS Excel, PowerQuery and Tableau.
You have initial experience in independent procurement, including strategic purchasing planning.
You convince with strategic thinking, solution-orientated work and leadership skills.
You are fluent in English and German.
