Intern / Working Student Business Development & ESG (m/f/d)

What we look for:

You support the preparation of sustainability reports according to ESRS and all related processes (double materiality analysis, EU taxonomy, etc.).
You actively contribute to the creation of client presentations and reports.
You conduct research on ESG and sustainability reporting topics.
You assist in the evaluation and interpretation of ESG data.
You help create marketing materials and content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).

What we require:

You are currently studying environmental sciences, sustainability management, business administration, or a related field with excellent performance, or you have recently graduated.
You have basic knowledge of CSRD and ESG principles.
You have a strong interest in sustainability and sustainable corporate governance.
You have strong analytical skills and a meticulous work approach.
You excel in both oral and written communication skills.
You are a team player with a high degree of initiative and passion for your work.
You are fluent in English and ideally in German.

Wen wir suchen:

Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Nachhaltigkeitsberichten nach ESRS und allen damit verbundenen Prozessen (Doppelte Wesentlichkeitsanalyse, EU Taxonomie, etc.)
Du arbeitest aktiv an der Erstellung von Kundenpräsentationen und -berichten mit
Du führst Recherchen rund um die Themen ESG und Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung durch.
Du hilfst bei der Auswertung und der Interpretation von ESG-Daten.
Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Marketingmaterialien und Inhalten für Social-Media-Plattformen (z.B. LinkedIn).

Was Du mitbringst:

Du studierst derzeit Umweltwissenschaften, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder ein verwandtes Fach mit ausgezeichneten Leistungen oder hast dein Studium vor kurzem erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Du verfügst über Grundkenntnisse der CSRD und ESG-Prinzipien.
Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Nachhaltigkeit und nachhaltiger Unternehmensführung.
Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise aus.
Du überzeugst durch herausragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Du bist ein Teamplayer und zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative aus.
Du sprichst fließend Englisch und idealerweise Deutsch.
