What we look for:
- You collaborate with other teams to develop operational and strategic solutions for HR projects and challenges.
- You support the People & Culture team in day-to-day operations along the entire recruiting funnel as well as the entire applicant and employee cycle.
- You support the management of applicant data and ensure correct documentation.
- You assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates, as well as conducting some interviews independently.
- You help to create engaging job advertisements and marketing materials for recruitment activities.
- You share responsibility in the area of active sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and approach potential candidates.
- You assist in university marketing efforts by organizing and participating in career fairs and workshops at various universities and contribute your ideas to our employer branding to attract top-notch talent.
- You support administrative functions such as the technical onboarding and offboarding of employees and help with the planning and organisation of training and development measures.
- You will assist with market analysis, research, and evaluation to support recruitment strategies and HR projects and drive your own workstreams forward independently.
