What we look for:

• You join our dynamic Experience Design team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of design, including graphic, print, and online design.
• You create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
• You design social media graphics and content.
• You create digital lead-oriented campaigns across various channels.
• You improve website aesthetics and user experience (UX).
• You support the design and layout of website pages and email campaigns.
• You assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
• You participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• You assist in the creation of presentations and visual aids.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

What we require:

• You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related discipline and you have excellent grades.
• You gained first work experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Dall-E, Runway, Relume, etc. as a plus.
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. 
• You have a basic understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.). 
• You have a basic understanding of web design principles and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, etc.) as a plus.
• You possess strong creative and analytical skills.
• You show excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• You have effective communication skills.
• You are able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• You are passionate about design and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• You are fluent in German (at least C1 equivalent) and speak English (at least B2 equivalent).
