What we look for:

• You develop unique brand strategy concepts and brand designs.
• You support the entire creative process – from ideation to execution.
• You think strategically while staying up-to-date on the latest tools and trends in design, branding, and marketing.
• You help in the areas of marketing, product, and interface design, and comprehensive communication design projects and brand evolution.
• You consult stakeholders to develop concepts for product campaigns and other marketing initiatives across all channels.
• You support the strategic process and implementation of social media content marketing.

What we require:

• You have a university degree in design or a related field and 1 - 3 years of experience in brand design and strategy as well as corporate design.
• You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and passion for your work.
• You have proficiency in developing cutting-edge design concepts.
• You are comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strict deadlines.
• You care about creating innovative and high-quality communication designs.
• You are confident using key design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects), Blender, Unreal Engine, Figma, and Midjourney.
• You possess a strong digital acumen, and experience in UX/UI design is highly advantageous.
• You have previously worked on complex projects for digital e-commerce and brand projects.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to convey complex issues clearly.
• You are fluent in English and ideally have German skills, especially for the Munich location.
