What we look for:
- You jointly take on the strategic leadership and further development of the Digital Strategy & Execution Team with our management.
- You have overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, strategic project prioritization, project execution, success, and profitability, as well as customer satisfaction.
- You are responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of projects, defining the appropriate (go-to-market) strategy together with the customer, defining requirements, and ensuring the smooth implementation of customer projects and excellent customer experience.
- You drive the further development of internal know-how (Thought Leadership) as well as the establishment of external partnerships.
- You establish and optimize the standardization of processes and templates, including quality assurance processes for ongoing projects or newly developed solutions.
- You play a proactive role in sales and pitching activities and develop new services based on current trends and industry developments.
- You work closely with the OMMAX Leadership Team from all departments.
- You represent OMMAX and the Digital Strategy & Execution Team at events, trade shows, and universities.
- You work together with the People & Culture Team on the further development of the Strategy & Execution Team and support the recruitment of top talent.
