- You are part of the OMMAX Leadership team crafting and implementing sophisticated strategies across various digital channels, including SEO, SEA, paid social, display, programmatic advertising, and performance marketing
- You oversee customer acquisition initiatives, manage staffing, prioritize projects, and ensure execution aligns with profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
- You direct client project implementation by collaborating closely with clients to define tailored strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- You innovate and expand our digital acquisition and consulting services, focusing on MarTech solutions and marketing channel optimization.
- You cultivate internal expertise and thought leadership while building strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings.
- You provide strategic guidance to consultants, ensuring quality in client relationships and project delivery.
- You establish and refine process standards and quality assurance measures to uphold excellence in all projects.
- You lead sales initiatives and develop innovative services that align with industry trends and client needs.
- You collaborate with leadership across departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
- You represent the company at events and partner with the People & Culture Team to drive recruitment for the Digital Marketing Team.
