- You take over the strategic planning, implementation, and execution of digital marketing strategies for national and international clients considering their overall strategy.
- You manage core activities such as workshops, meetings, research, business analysis, and process development for both internal and external projects.
- You act as a professional lead and provide extensive management support during the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of customer pitches and customer projects.
- You contribute to the creation of customer reports.
- You are the main touchpoint for both internal and external stakeholders, including communication and decision-taking.
- You monitor compliance topics with budget, timelines, and customer needs.
- You give guidance and input in the acquisition of new customers.
- You collaborate cross-functionally with team members from different departments.
- You act as a mentor and support career development for your team members.
