Manager Performance Marketing (m/f/d)

What we look for:

You conceptualize, plan, and implement advanced performance marketing strategies for national and international clients.
You analyze and optimize existing paid search and social media campaigns based on KPIs including CVR or ROAS, develop industry benchmarks, and derive data-driven initiatives.
You collaborate closely with other digital experts to further scale the automation of our campaign management and analyses.
You identify and apply market trends to paid search and social media campaigns that will have the most significant impact in hitting targets and prioritize accordingly.
You create written communication and reports for clients, showing the development of performance measures, and act as a primary contact person.
You manage paid media budgets and create analytics to quantify and qualify the effectiveness of interactive campaigns.
You share your valuable knowledge by conducting both external and internal workshops and pitches as well as supervising and mentoring Associates.
You establish strong relationships with other department stakeholders at OMMAX to ensure project success.

What we require:

You have a university degree with excellent grades in business, media, marketing, communications, or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA are a plus).
You have at least 5 years of work experience in the digital marketing field with a strong focus on paid search (Paid social is a plus).
You show a proven track record of achieving exceptional performance results in campaigns.
You possess a high analytical and technical ability combined with a creative mind.
You display a proactive and innovative mentality with the interest to constantly optimize daily workflows and working processes.
You have a confident appearance and strong presentation skills towards internal and external contacts of different disciplines.
You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for work.
You are fluent in English and, ideally German.

Wen wir suchen:

Du konzipierst, planst und implementierst fortschrittliche Performance Marketing Strategien für nationale und internationale Kunden.
Du analysierst und optimierst bestehende Paid Search und Social Media Kampagnen auf Basis von KPIs wie CVR oder ROAS, entwickelst Branchen Benchmarks und leitest datengetriebene Initiativen ab.
Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Digitalexperten zusammen, um die Automatisierung unseres Kampagnenmanagements und unserer Analysen weiter auszubauen.
Du identifizierst Markttrends und wendest diese auf Paid Search und Social Media Kampagnen an, die den größten Einfluss auf die Erreichung der Ziele haben, und setzt entsprechende Prioritäten.
Du kommunizierst als Hauptansprechpartner mit Kunden und erstellst Reports, die die Entwicklung von Performance Maßnahmen aufzeigen.
Du verwaltest Budgets für bezahlte Medien und erstellst Analysen, um die Effektivität von interaktiven Kampagnen zu quantifizieren und zu qualifizieren.
Du gibst dein wertvolles Wissen weiter, indem du sowohl externe als auch interne Workshops und Pitches durchführst sowie Associates betreust und anleitest.
Du baust enge Beziehungen zu anderen Abteilungen bei OMMAX auf, um den Projekterfolg zu gewährleisten.

Was Du mitbringst:

Du verfügst über einen sehr guten Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Medien, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung (Master oder MBA sind von Vorteil).
Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im digitalen Marketing mit Schwerpunkt auf Paid Search (Paid Social ist von Vorteil).
Du zeigst nachgewiesene Erfolge bei der Erzielung außergewöhnlicher Kampagnen Performance.
Du besitzt hohe analytische und technische Fähigkeiten bei gleichzeitig kreativem Denken.
Du hast ein proaktives und innovatives Mindset mit dem Interesse, die täglichen Arbeitsabläufe und -prozesse ständig zu optimieren.
Du trittst selbstbewusst auf und hast ausgeprägte Präsentationsfähigkeiten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Bereichen.
Du bist ein serviceorientierter und kommunikativer Teamplayer mit Leidenschaft für die Arbeit.
Du sprichst fließend Englisch und idealerweise Deutsch.
